We're still 5 weeks out from having our baby but watching your DVD has been GREAT!!! Being my first we have absolutely NO IDEA about what to expect so the DVD has given us a good understanding of what we need to do and how to do it! Also - it's such a simple layout - not to complicating! I'm looking forward to putting the techniques into practise!

Congratulations Sharlene; this is a great DVD and the Chapter Resources are such a great reminder. I have been very fortunate to have spent a few days under your guidance and it has been the best gift that any new family could possibly whish for. Having followed your advice and techniques, we have a very happy, healthy and chilled out baby; and our little bundle has a happy and relaxed mum & dad too!

Firstly, oh my, our lives have taken a 180 degree turn around here!!

Having Sharlene come and show me all of the techniques she has devised has literally changed our lives. We now have a very settled, much more relaxed, all round happy little girl who sleeps like an ANGEL!

Six times out of ten I pop her down and she goes off to sleep without protest. The other times she may just give a 'wind down' cry and occasionally I have to go in to resettle but only three times max and no dummy!

The burping techniques are just stunning also. I haven't used gripe water or infacol since using these techniques. Incredible. My partner loved the DVD also, he's really enjoying trying out the new techniques.

I like the format. The easy to follow sections (and sub-sections) and notes that appear on the screen make it very easy to take on board what is being demonstrated.

I have learnt a lot from the DVD. Essential basics that every new mum needs to know.
